More About Me

“There are no boundaries to your expectations.”

REALTOR® Jeff Kollmer is one of the most passionate and driven professionals you’ll ever meet. Organized, efficient, and hardworking, Jeff is tenacious when it comes to exceeding his clients’ expectations. He lives by the philosophy of “under promise and over deliver,” ensuring every client experience is defined by integrity, responsiveness, and results.

Jeff primarily serves clients in Pierce County and throughout Western Washington. With no boundaries limiting where he’s willing to go, he is committed to helping buyers and sellers wherever opportunity calls. His approach is strategic and disciplined, always focused on moving transactions forward smoothly while keeping his clients’ goals front and center.

Before launching his real estate career, Jeff built an extensive background in sales and leadership. He worked in casino operations with Native American tribes before starting his sales career selling security systems throughout Western Washington. He later became a district sales manager in Spokane Valley overseeing Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana. His career then took him to Utah as a market sales manager overseeing 16 locations for a national home improvement retailer, where he designed and developed sales programs for in-home remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior upgrades. Through these roles, Jeff developed a strong foundation in customer service, strategic planning, and delivering measurable results.

Real estate runs deep in Jeff’s roots. Both of his parents worked in real estate, and his mother owned her own appraisal business. As a teenager, Jeff worked alongside his parents, assisting agents, supporting clients, and helping with listings and showings. That early exposure sparked the passion that ultimately led him to pursue his own real estate career.

Outside of work, Jeff embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. During salmon spawning seasons, you can find him fishing various river systems depending on which species are running. He enjoys off-roading with groups that explore areas of the PNW not always accessible to the normal crowds. In spring and summer, he spends time on the golf course or bowling when indoor sports call. Winter finds him hunting, sharpening his skills at the range, or seeking new outdoor adventures. His sense of adventure often takes him off the grid and out of bounds.
